• This is the April-June 1959 issue of "Ruff and Reddy" comic book.  Issue:  No. 981.

• Condition is probably good to very good.  I'm uneducated in the grading of comic books so I don't know the grading system used for them.  Photos to show.  It is complete with no dog-eared pages.  It has no inside writing or inside page tears.  The cover has light to moderate edge, spine and surface wear with moderate creasing.  Top left front cover tear as shown.  Again, the inside pages are quite nice.
