This coin holder card is for quarters.  Older elementary school children would use these to learn the art of saving by inserting a quarter every week or month and then when it was full they would go with a parent to the bank and deposit the total of $5.00 into a savings account.  Sometimes the school would supervise the savings by collection dimes on a certain day of the week as a learning experience for the children.  This card is from Penn Federal savings and Loan Association on Walnut Street in Philadelphia. It is used, and has been handled a lot so it is  smudged, it has been dropped on the binding corner, but the card is in good condition with no bends.  It has been in a smoke free home.  It was manufactured by Handford Brown Company of Fort Lee NJ. They are light green in color.

Pennsylvania Sales Tax at 6% will be collected at checkout.
