This is the 14" x 10 1/4" Oval Serving Platter from Lenox in the Holiday Inspirations Pattern with the caption "The Gift Of Friends, The Joy Of Family. It is in great pre owned condition and has the original box - no chips or damage. Box has a tiny bit of wear from storage.
