Crayola Glow Explosion Spin Magic..

This is a new open box glow explosion. The box is open but everything inside seems to be sealed. The spinning part is still in the bag locked in to the cardboard inside. I pulled out the packages of instructions and paper as well as the pens they are still sealed.
