This is a NEW quilted travel/cosmetics bag. It is Vintage 1984 Avon Victorian Rose Traveler/Cosmetic Bag.  The outside has a beautiful, quilted fabric (Victorian Rose Pattern) and a zipper closure.  Inside is a water-resistant vinyl lining.  It comes in the original box
