These MFP units are heavy and must ship on a pallet. The flat rate shipping on this listing is inclusive of shipping to a commercial address within the 48states. If you are shipping to a residence or need a lift gate please let us know prior to shipping. Your printer will be re-tested and cleaned prior to it being released for shipping. The warehouse will verify the orders contents and foam pack your order in a heavy walled corrugated carton.
