This is a adjustable nylon dog collar with triple locking plastic clips and a nice sturdy "D" ring.  This collar comes in many of the popular college team logos.  Size small ranges from 8-12 inches around the neck, Medium is 12-18 inches and Large is 18 all the way up to 28 inches.  Matching leashes are available on another listing here.
