Ortlieb F96E Saddlebag mounting straps

This strap system is intended for Ortlieb Saddle Bags. 
The mounting set is meant to be used with spiral-spring saddles, 
which often do not have enough space for the Standard Ortlieb Saddle Bag Mounting Set
