Please note that the description provided on this listing is to the best of my knowledge.  If a listing states an item is “NEW”, that means it was purchased new and never used.  As for “USED” or “PREOWNED” items, I will disclose any visible flaws if applicable and will do my best to take care of any issues that may arise in case there was anything I may have missed.  The absence of a statement of condition does not imply that the item or lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Feel free to ask any questions about specific details or flaws.

Please bid on auctions responsibly! Read the entire description prior to bidding on any auction items or when you “Buy It Now”.  Offers available on certain items.    

Payment Terms: PayPal is the preferred form of payment accepted.  Payment must be received within 72 hours of purchase.  After 72 hours, the item may be relisted.  Proper action will be taken for non-payment.

Shipping Terms: Item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.  In most listings, shipping is FREE, unless otherwise stated. Shipping method will vary according to your location. International shipping is available for certain items.

Please note that although I try to meet the estimated delivery times, because I use a third-party shipping service, I am not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. In the event that your purchase arrives broken, the buyer must first pursue reimbursement through an insurance claim (if provided) by the shipping service and (if not provided) through my store.

Lost packages - unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to your purchase once they have been shipped. Any refunds of this nature will be considered on a case by case basis.  If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.  I do combine shipping for separate orders. 

Refunds: I want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, I will gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition. Shipping fees  paid during original purchase will not be reimbursed. 

I will NOT accept returns if you open/use/damage the item. Please note that new personal care products such as makeup, skincare, hair care products, bath & body items, medication, vitamins and/or medical supplies that have been opened cannot be returned.
