this is a whimsical turtle out for a walk with a whimsical teapot and cup and saucer on the top of his shell that has a little tablecloth on it.  It is really cute.  the legs, head and tablecloth are a silvery shad of metal and the shell is a copper color.  The clasp works well.  The pin looks hand tooled with great attention to detail, but I am certain it is manufactured, but unsigned.
