Produced in the late 1990s, it was part of the American Artist Collection and is no longer in production. This Santa, wearing a long blue fur lined coat and hat is coming your way with a sack full of dreamy goodies! Porcelain boots. Real Cloth clothing. Dimensions: 10 1/2 " (plus an additional 2 " with tree top) Height x 7 " Width ABOUT Clothtique The earliest records of a technique similar to Clothtique has been traced to the Far East. Some say the technique was also traced to southern Europe. This technique utilizes a stiffened cloth technique to create fine sculptural detailing. In some cases, when ample fabric is present, the fabric can actually be manipulated to your taste and is of high-end heirloom quality. Paul Chang, a well known designer while working with Possible Dreams formulated the process - having study this process extensively. Chang searched out just the right combination of compounds & elements that are used in this highly creative manner to create the remarkable Clothtique figurines that we so enjoy.
