What is the Glass Eye Studio?
The Glass Eye Studio located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States was founded on the belief that talented glass artists should have a place to work where their skills and creativity are fully appreciated. And with that basic philosophy, the studio has flourished and blossomed into an American Art Glass institution over the years and has become world renown.
These incredible glass artists make each art piece entirely by hand, using superior glass crafting techniques such as murinni, feathering, twists and trailing glass. They also use a wide variety of materials when blowing glass such as recycled soda bottles, fine European gold, dichoric glass and volcanic ash from the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helen.
