Item description for Dicksons Karla Dornacher Apple of God's Eye Cookie Jar Canister Bushel Basket

This is a beautiful Dicksons cookie jar canister by Karla Dornacher in 2002 and licensed by J Countryman. The ceramic cookie jar is shaped and designed like a wooden bushel basket full of ripe red apples with a napkin hanging over the edge of the basket. There is an apple sitting on top and a bird sitting on top of another apple and a sign is sticking up out of the pile of apples that reads You Are The Apple Of God's Eye. The collectible cookie jar has a silicone seal around the lid so that the cookies can stay fresh longer because it is more airtight.

The canister cookie jar is approximately 8-1/2" tall to the highest part of the lid. The jar is approximately 5-1/4" tall without the lid. It is approximately 7" diameter at the top and tapers to about 5-1/4" diameter at the bottom.

Good Condition. There are a couple of nicks in the glaze at the rim that are not very noticeable with the lid sitting on the jar. I found one small chip on the inside of the lid on the edge of the part that goes into the jar. The seal is in good condition. There is light crazing inside the jar in one area. It is not all over and there is no crazing on the outside.

Shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because it weighs almost 5 pounds with a box and packing material.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.

If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted before your refund is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are not eligible for a full refund.
