1940s Hat WWII Vintage Half Hat Black Velour Striking Feathers Upturned Side Brims

A great classy, plush black velour hat fashion of the 40's. Very good vintage condition. Fold over crown, brimless front and back. Upturned side brims wired to retain shape. 2 striking natural colored pheasant feathers with a delightful spray of assorted feathers at base, adds big emphasis to this plush vintage half hat . Items with USA free shipping are shipped Parcel Post USPS or 1st Class ~ delivery time 2-10 days after paid & shipped (within the continental USA) depending on your distance from the state of Virginia. Priority paid shipping generally arrives within 2-3 business days in the continental USA & 6-12 business days internationally, including Alaska & Hawaii after shipment. Express shipments take 1 business day after payment to ship and 1 business day to arrive, unless you live in a remote area, then it may take 2 business days to arrive, per USPS standards.

International purchases ship Priority or Express only, with insurance included in the calculated shipping fee on the listing. Signature confirmation required upon receipt. Item must be returned within 14 days of buyer receiving it, in same condition & packaging as it arrived. Shipping fee is nonrefundable internationally, nor for buyers sizing misjudgement, buyers' remorse , allergies, nor if shipped back later than 14 days of buyer receiving it.
