The exact shade in actual of the product may vary a little as compared to the pictures . This is due  to the pictures being shot under different lighting conditions using a mobile camera.

Leather or semi-leather products :

Dear Buyers . Kindly note that a very tiny percentage of full leather or semi leather products from our stock may have developed a mild musty leather smell over time. This may be due to the fact that some may have been in store with us for more than a year untouched. Anyone who doesn't prefer a leather product with this mild leathery odor, kindly message us beforehand so that we shall update the same and you can avoid

buying it.

Shipping :

1.  We @ themonstersale use expedited shipping (Dhl express/ FedEx) for most of our shipments. Any remote area pin codes, Island nations and countries to which DHL express/ FedEx charges are very high we shall use EMS postal service (Speed post 8-15 days). The courier service used by us for any particular shipment will be purely our decision depending on the cost & location.

2.  There may be some military addresses where neither DHL Express, FedEx or EMS (India speed post) services is available and we don’t ship to such addresses. If you fall under that category kindly inform us in advance with your postal address and Zip code before making a purchase we shall check and update you if shipping is possible or not.

3.  All shipments shall be invoiced commercially (by parent company of themonstersale) and brand name of product shall not be mentioned on the invoice. For example if the item sold is “Micheal kors womens leather wallet”, the invoice will declare only “womens leather wallet”. This is because we don’t represent the brands we sell and are not by any means authorized reseller or distributor.

4.  We shall undervalue all shipments in declaration/ invoice and not mention the actual “sold price” ! for example if item got sold for 1000$ we shall mention only 100-150 $ as value in invoice/ shipping declaration. This is because most customers have to pay heavy import duties in their respective countries.

5.  If a customer wants us to update any particular value for shipment to avoid custom duties, we shall mention that price only in invoice/ shipping declaration.

6.  All custom duties shall be paid by buyer not seller. Seller gives only free International shipping.

7.  DHL express ideally takes 4-7 working days to deliver. But if is a delay due to shipment being held by local customs the seller is not responsible for the same.

Returns & refund

We don’t accept any returns as we ship from an international destination. If the product turns out to be different from what it was described then we may refund.
