I consider it FINE TO VERY FINE with high gloss on the cover; flat spine; no rust on the staples; bright, firm, cream-colored inner pages; and no creases, folds or tears. There is minor tape residue and discoloration on the cover; some writing on an inner page (see photo); and stains/residue on the back cover. Everything else is intact.
