7 Piece Vintage Mid-Century Hazel-Atlas Continental Can Glass Company Eldorado El Dorado Gold Pitcher Set

Includes 2 Quart (64 Ounce) Pitcher and 6 - 6 3/8" Cooler Tumblers

Manufactured Circa 1957-1964

This pattern features an optic raindrop dots on the interior, with a smooth exterior.

Tumblers are marked CCC for Continental Can Company on the Base. (Pitcher is Not Marked)

This mark, mostly seen on tableware, especially on the bases of drinking glasses (juice glasses, tea glasses, tumblers). the Continental Can Company, a producer of several types of packaging, took over the Hazel Atlas Glass Company in 1957. Continental sold most of the H-A plants in 1964. It is unclear exactly what years the "CCC" mark was used on glassware, but it is clear that at least some of the new molds made for glassware during the period of 1957-1964 were engraved with the CCC mark instead of the H-A mark.

VERY GOOD CONDITION ~ Tiny ping/flea bite on the base of one cooler. Very shallow  - Barely touches the surface. Hard to see. Will not affect use. There are no other nicks, chips, cracks, flea bites, or damage. I see a few light scratches/scuffs on the pitcher, and a faint small circular rust color stain near the rim. The glasses look as if they were very seldom used, if ever. There may be a few typical manufacturer lines/strawmarks found, if you look closely.

Pitcher measures approx. 8" tall and has a 64 oz / 2 qt. capacity.

Coolers measure approx. 6 3/8" tall x 3" rim x 2 1/4" base diameter.
They have a capacity of 16 ounces.
