• Condition: Five of the glasses have been expertly repaired, which is very easily missed without extremely close inspection (and a trained eye). All the glasses are free of chips, cracks and fleabites. There are no notable marks from use and storage. The glass has exceptional clarity and beautiful resonance. The top of the foot is signed "HAWKES" in block lettering at the edge. The knop is hex cut with matching cuts at the top of the stem. The base has 3 cut flowers with leaves. The pattern first appeared in Hawkes undated catalog circa 1920 and continued at least in to the 1930's. It's a stunning pattern with it's intricately cut fruit. They will be perfect for use and display.
