This sale is for Vintage Porcelier Floral Porcelain 3 Bulb Ceiling Flush Mount Light Fixture featuring Lily Flowers. It is about 10 inches across at the base and extends about 3 inches down from the ceiling. The center hole is 1/2 inch while the light bulb holes measure 1 inch. Has a tiny chip on the center hole.  Untested. Missing one round item underneath See photographs for condition issues.
