"Dong Guo" village belongs to the same mountain range as the famous Bingdao 'Iceland Village. 'Not many people know about it, and it is indeed a very distinctive tea. It can be described as a combination of bitterness and astringency in harmony with each other. Good raw arbor materials, delicious tea. Despite the "greenness" it has a sweet, lingering after-taste.

3. Rinse the tea leaves with boiling water for about ~3 seconds. Strain and discard the tea liquor.

4. Now you are ready for the first infusion. Pour hot water onto the tea leaves for ~15 seconds and strain the tea liquor into a cup. Sip and taste!
