 looks to be new uninstalled/removed motors from a company that sold machines I was told that sometimes they sold machines to the Amish who did not want the motors

may have scratches / shelf wear and dust 

New no box this motor it is a new off the shelf motor that is from a company that sold equipment that kept new replacement motors in stock for the equipment that they sold
