MCM Pal-Bell Israel Shabbat Kiddush Bronze Verdigris Enamel Wine Bottle Holder. Removable handle. Support plate engraved with grapes & vine motif and "יין לקידוש ולהבדלה", which I believe means "wine, for sanctification and separation". Hard to find piece, shown in Pal Bell 1950's catalog. Please see last photo for reference. The cap in photo is missing.
