Obvious yellowing of some of the once white parts like the seat and wheels

I don't know if it works or not - takes 3 "C" batteries  - I tried putting in batteries I had and it didn't power on but they are a decade old so who knows if it's the batteries or the toy

Measures 9-1/2" long by 8-1/2" wide x 6-7/8" tall
