Blades have a Rockwell Hardness rating of 59 and feature micro-serrated blades that grab the hair as you scissor, for better control and more precise results. Handles have finger indentations and detachable finger rests for comfort. Short shanks reduce hand fatigue.

Each includes a black carrying case with felt lining.

You can probably find shears at a cheaper price(I've bought and used them all!) and some much more expensive...these are an excellent quality shear with features you would only find on the usually much more expensive brands...they are not "junk" like some other brand shears I've used which need frequent sharpening and end up only being good for 1-2 sharpenings.
