This is a Fukagawa Arita hand painted Silver Wheat oval serving bowl made in Japan. The pattern number is 928. The bowl is white with silver around the rim. The silver around the rim shows minimal wear. The wheat in the center of the bowl is painted silver and brown. The bowl measures 10.25 inches by 7.5 inches.
