2T324B / KT324B Vintage Si Transistors NEW

KT324B (КТ324Б) or 2T324B (2Т324Б) - Si, NPN, 10V, 20mA, 15mW, 800MHz, HFE=40...120, PACKAGELESS !! (безкорпусные). ALL leads are GOLD plated.
Manufactured in 1990.
Actually most, if not all of the remaining transistors are 2T324B - the military spec. version of the KT324B transistor.

These transistors can be considered as strange, odd and RARE, because they were rarely produced in this package-less form.
I think CHIP COLLECTORS will find them interesting!

Dimensions of the white plastic holder: 20x20x5mm = 0.79x0.79x0.19 inch
Size of one transistor is less than 1mm (0.04")

All item(s) will be shipped by registered priority airmail. Typical delivery times are:
EUROPE (All countries): 8...14 days
