Mint condition Arnart Imperial Peacock octagonal plate, 7.25" in diameter, 7-3/4" in diameter measured point to point. Beautiful shades of blue with flowers and with gold embellishments and trim. Though there is no branding on the underside of the plate, this is from Japan by Arnart.
