Carl R. Mantell passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2009, age 72.
His Cleveland Style Polka accordion playing was well known in the Tri-State for over 25 years. He often entertained at the American Czechoslovakian Club and the German Club Edelweiss, Englewood, OH, as well as, Cincinnati area nursing homes.
