Package and Shipping

Each glass piece is packed with thick foam inside, put in a 5 layer standard export carton. Pls don`t worry we will pack them carefully to make it safe. With extra 10% glass tubes.

Transport and breakage problems

Our products are fragile, so 100% free spare parts would be packed together with you. We have many years of experience in packaging and shipments, we are committed to zero breakage. Please let us know in the first place through Email regarding some breakage caused in transport, and send us the "clear broken products photos" to us within 24 hours, we will arrange the free replacement parts to you immediately!
