Pre-owned in near mint condition. Pages and cover are crisp like they were just printed yesterday, not worn like most. Has been well stored/ kept by a pattern book collector. Previous owner attached her personal sticker on front top cover and then removed it. There is a little residue where it was attached. It's not sticky, just residue left.  see photos. Other than that, it's mint.
