9 Antique Eagle WM Rogers ☆6 Seville Silverplate Flatware Spoons 5 7/8".

There is an Eagle just before the Wm Rogers and ☆6 after Rogers.

These do have usage marks they are extremely old.  Were they stem of the spoon goes into the bowl there is a design where the 2 meet up.
