Winner of taste tests at the Santa Fe Farmers' Market,  Bedouin is also a top producer of dark pear-shaped fruit with green shoulders and green gel around the seed. Five foot plants are potato-leaved, indeterminate, and among the earliest to bear. (60 days). It seems to do well in early spring when the weather is still cool, but bears all season. Highly recommended.
