This belt is sometimes commonly called a web belt. 3 holes just match original item and you can hook your 1911 pistol holster or X strap and canteen water bottle cover carrier etc to it as shown in picture.

100% Thick Webbing Canvas Leather construction
Three rows of metal eyelet's, the top row is to attach to the M36 suspenders, the middle row allows the belt to be adjusted in size, and the bottom row allows pistol holsters and first aid pouches etc.
Adjustable Sizes Upto 56 Inches. Width of Belt is 2.5 Inches.
This holster takes the Colt M1911/M1911A1 pistols. Modelled to fit the standard GI .45
