This adorable little six sided trinket box is made of leather and has been hand tooled and painted. The scene is a typical Peruvian one with a woman in native dress carrying a large jug. There are Llamas around the edges of the box and in the background scene on the top. It has a red fabric lining. It measures approximately 2 ¼ by 2 inches and 1 ¼ inches deep.

It is in very good vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There is a glue spot on the edge that has discolored slightly, but you don't really notice it (see pictures). This box has been sitting on a shelf for years, it is not a new piece.

This would be a great addition to your collection of vintage trinket boxes. Perfect sitting on a desk or a dresser. It would be great to put your ring in when you need to take it off, or to keep a roll of stamps in on a desk.
