Item is actually in near mint condition, no defects.  Never played with but stored in a display case for many years.  Box in excellent condition considering its age and storaage.  This item is #6 in a Series of 6.  Number on inside of flap is not too clear but could be LSC3274.  Beautiful item for someone's Matchbox collection,
