The flashlight works. The radio does not work - no response at all. The hinge is broken, and the panel has been taped to the rest of the radio. The protective plastic coating on the outside, is peeling from the metal. The tuning mechanism seems to work ok, moving the red bar when the tuning button is turned. This is non-working, being sold for parts or repair.
