For your consideration is a vintage/antique New England Glass Co dress clip.  This clip has the filigree metal with painted glass floral or shell look and a rhinestone on top and smaller in the same design that are painted on the metal.  The clips clamps nice and tight.  An Art Nouveau style.  It is 2" tall and 1 1/2" wide at the widest point.  Marked on the back NE in the goblet.  The paint on the glass has come off in a few places, however for it's age in great shape.
