New, never owned. This is the top piece of the candle holder. Diamond points are all in excellent condition, no breaks, cracks, chips, or discoloration. Each piece is inspected and handwashed prior to packaging for shipping.

These have been in the storage room of a local family-owned retail glass store for decades. After 60+ years in business, the family closed their store and much of the inventory was sold at a liquidation sale last year. This is one of those items.
