For a juicy and delicious steak, sprinkle meat generously with Spicy Organic salt and pepper. On an oiled pan, sear both sides on medium heat until brown crust forms. Add butter, salt, and thyme to the pan and allow it to melt. Once melted, spoon butter mixture over the steak while it finishes cooking. Allow resting before slicing and serving.
