This Hallmark Itty Bittys Clippys DC Comics Batman & Superman Plush Clippy consists of a 3-inch tall plush Batman & a 3-inch tall plush Superman.  Each of them is hanging from a loop that is attached to a black plastic 2 1/2-inch clip. Both of the plush are fiber filled with embroidered facial features.
