KD503 Tesla High Power TO-3 Audio Transistor

KD503 - Si, NPN, 90V, 20A, 150W, 2MHz, HFE>40, TO3 package - High Power Transistor. Typical use - Audio circuits.
Equivalent or near equivalent to: 2N3055, KD502, 2SD175, BDY20, KT808A

KD502 and KD503 are praised by both electronic technicians and Audiophiles as "BETTER than original Motorola 2N3055 transistors". This is a quote from several of my customers, not from me.
A short comparison between Motorola 2N3055 and KD503:
2N3055 - 100V, 15A, 115W
KD503 - 90V, 20A, 150W

While the voltage of KD503 seems a bit lower on paper, extensive tests in the past have proved that both KD502 and KD503 are underrated in their factory specs, especially on their max Voltage. The majority of these Czech transistors do work perfectly fine between 100 and 130 V with some batches going even higher than 150V. Motorola's 2N3055 usually fail just a tad over their max specified voltage, i.e. about 110V. Of course, this is not a recommendation to use Czech transistors out of their specs, but it proves that the quality and durability of these KD50x transistors is better than most other similar transistors from well-known Western brands.

Condition - used, TESTED, including at least one MATCHED pair.
Measured results for HFE:
1. 27
2. 30
3. 32
4. 32
5. 46
6. 50
Leakage current on all transistors was measured as "0.00" mA

The price is for all 6 pieces shown on the photos.

SHIPMENT

All item(s) will be shipped by registered priority airmail. Typical delivery times are:
EUROPE (All countries): 8...14 days
ALL OTHER destinations (North and South America, Asia, Africa, etc.): 12...25 days
EXCEPTIONS:
1. ITALIAN customers, please be more patient. For unknown reasons deliveries to Italy usually take longer than to the rest of Europe, i.e. 12...16 days.
2. Good news for AUSTRALIAN customers, usually shipment to Australia is pretty fast, it takes no more than 8...12 days.
If a buyer purchases several items I will combine the shipment to reduce shipment costs.

PAYMENT

In the past I used to accept a great variety of payment options but from the end of 2008 does not permit any other payment options except the following two companies, which they own: Paypal and Propay.
Currently I can accept only Paypal from these two.
Whatever payment option you choose, please, don't forget to write the item number(s) you are paying for.

Here are all the payment options I accept, explained in detail, in the order I prefer them:

1. Paypal.

2. Other.
