FITS: 2004-2006 RX models - Xenon Without Adaptive Steering Control - if you see the last photo of the plug on the leveling motor.

This has 6 pins in the plug, if you have 4 pin plug, it will not work.

No bulbs, ballast, covers, etc - comes as shown - selling below cost
