 Girls Hi Low Shirt White With Blue Stripes  & Flowers Girls in Size 18. The flower part of this shirt is a bit sheer. I placed my ruler under it so you can see how sheer it is. 

This  shirt is Brand New, Never Worn.  However, my daughter did take the tag off of it.  By the time she went to wear it she outgrew it.

ARM PIT TO ARM PIT: About 16 inches

SHOULDER TO HEM: About 19 1/2 in the front and about 24 in in the Back at the longest point ( the back is longer then the front).
