For your consideration is a vintage Greist Automatic Buttonhole attachment.  This is model #2 for top clamping machines.  It includes what is shown.  There are 5 templates, sizes (2) 1 1/16", 13/16", 5/8" and 5/16".  Has the original box, however the top is ripped as shown.
