The Children of DeGrazia figurine by Goebel.

This figurine is titled "My First Horse" and features a boy (wearing a blue poncho and purple sombrero hat), riding a stick / broom pony.

Also, "VZ 84" is written on the bottom and there is an "A.o.W." sticker affixed.

Measures approximately 6" tall x 3" base diameter. The overall width is approximately 4" when going across the horse from nose to tail.
