Modern Krosno Poland Sommerso Art Glass Cobalt Blue And Clear Vase 4.5 Inch high

No chips, no breaks. Couldn’t catch a good picture of the inside. It is basically a full clear ball and the blue is like a wall surrounding it. No seem visible between the clear and the blue. Do I have it upside down. Probably because the tag suggests it could be a bud vase too.
