Neat vintage 1946 Art Beck & Pyrex glass kitchen baster with working rubber bulb! Baster was made by the Arthur Beck Co, Chicago in 1946. Cool easy squeeze rubber bulb with heat resistant glass Pyrex glass baster tube and complete with colorful cardboard tube with red, white and yellow graphics and it touts to be a 'Invaluable Household Aid' on the front label plus 'Many other kitchen and household uses' along with the Good Housekeeping Seal!! Fun remarks on label from a few happy users such as "The Artbeck Baster is wonderful. We're giving many of them as gifts to our friends" Mrs A.E.B., Mamaroneck, NY.  What a treasure and perfect addition to any kitchen collection!

Baster & tube is in great vintage condition! No chips or dings! The usual pre-loved light surface  & spot wear and tube does have usual rimples to paper label here and there from years of Madge storing this beauty in her pantry, but nothing that distracts from this treasure of kitchen history. See enlarged pics for best description and details.
