• US Glass
• #6425; aka Pacifica
• Tankard Pitcher and six (6) Tumblers; Lemonade Set
• Crystal; Clear
• Antique Early American Pattern Glass c.1913
• Measurements: Pitcher - 4 7/8" base diameter, 11 1/4" high and holds XX. Tumblers - 4" high and 3" rim diameter
• Weight, prepackaged: 9 lbs 11.9 oz as a set
• Condition: All the pieces are free of chips, cracks and fleabites. I can't find any small nicks or chips even on the exterior patterns which is fantastic. There are no notable scratches or marks from use. The glass is wonderfully clear and free of cloudiness. The bases have minor shelfwear as expected. The pressing is excellent with great detail. The interior of the pitcher is marked "C (U over S) T".
The pattern was introduced in 1913 to compete with the popular Brilliant and Engraved Cut glass of the period. The mold were cut and glass pressed, then advertised as "near" or "cut quality". The quality is very high for a pressed piece of the period and certainly could pass as cut without inspection.
