BD140 would be its matched pair.

BD139/BD140 are very good audio amplifier transistors and they do sound great!
BD139 is equivalent or very close to: 2N4926, BD169, BD179

Condition: NEW, never used.

1. ITALIAN customers, please be more patient. For unknown reasons deliveries to Italy usually take longer than to the rest of Europe, i.e. 12...16 days.
