Hand Crafted Paper Mache Dolls Made in South America.  A man and women pair.  I found several like them listed but everyone is different.  These two have been made using wire, paper mache, paint and mounted on board.
Great attention to detail.
He is aprox 10" tall and she is 8" tall.  There are a few flaws but over all great vintage used condition.
